The USAirport Parking Corporate Discount Program is not an individual discount, but a full-company opportunity meant to enroll every traveler in the program. Once your company is qualified, your contact person will receive the cards and will issue a unique swipe card to each traveler.

If you are requesting an individual discount card for a existing company, please see your company travel manager or HR dept.

To enroll your company in our corporate discount program, simply send an email containing the information below to manager@usairportparking.com 

1) Company Name (must be a bona fide company doing business in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska or Kansas. USAirport Parking reserves the right to approve or disapprove any applicant and will contact you with that decision
2) Mailing Address (to send the cards)
3) Phone Number (in case we need to contact you with questions or information)
4) Main Contact Name (Who will be your coordinator and contact person)
5) Main Contact Email Address
6) Approximate number of cards that will be required

Corporate discounts are available at USAirport Parking through our Corporate Traveler Discount Card program*. Once a company is approved (using name, address, phone, contact person, email and number of anticipated travelers) the requested number of discount cards will be mailed to the designated contact only. That person will distribute the cards to each traveler at which time each card will need to be registered at our website. The card MUST be presented at check-out to receive the corporate discount rate of 25% off your stay whether Covered or Uncovered. The new look Corporate Discount card will also serve as a frequent parker card which accumulates points for every parking dollar spent. (See Frequent Parker page for full details). Sorry, we cannot bill your company at this time and all parking must be paid-for at exit with cash or credit card.

USAirport Parking provides the business traveler with a level of service that’s almost as good as valet parking at an economy parking price. Parking at Denver International Airport doesn’t have to be a hassle! Many of our regular customers used to park in the expensive close-in airport parking garage or economy lots on the theory that “if it’s more expensive, it must be better, and the company is paying for it anyway.” Once they tried USAirport Parking, they realized that our service was fast (surprisingly, the time it takes to drive to the airport, circle the lots or garage and walk into the airport is no less than the time it takes to park with US and ride our free shuttle bus!) reliable, and convenient, that it had advantages over the more expensive DIA close-in parking, and that they earned perks by parking with us, while they earned nothing parking at the DIA structure.

*New program rates apply to travelers from a company which signs up for this program. Company may sign up as many travelers as they like and each will be issued a unique Parking Discount Card. Card must be shown upon exit to receive the current corporate rate (25% discount) off the prevailing daily rates. May not be combined with coupons or other discount offers. Corporate travelers, with their discount card, will also earn one point for every parking dollar spent and can begin redeeming points for free parking with as little as 56 points.
